SAMBHAL DEEPA SARAI NEWS: Luqman Ahmad Sadiq is a grandson of (late) Hakim Rais Sambhal.His father name is hakim zafar.
He is founder of Hakim Rais Unani medical collage and hospital Sambhal Moradabad. Hakim Zafar laid the foundation of this college with the great vision of spreading the Unani method of Medicine. This Institution is running by Hakim rais Educational Social Welfare Society.
